A Proven Path from Concept to Completion
Every farm and rural diversification project is different, but our structured approach flexes to your goals. The result is seamless progress and the confidence that cost, time, and quality stay in your control from day one to delivery for your farm diversification and rural diversification project.
An estate-wide strategic report that defines the long-term vision, maps constraints and opportunities across the whole holding, prioritises the most viable projects, and establishes the sequence in which they should progress.

Stage 1 focuses on a specific building, site, or enterprise opportunity, with a detailed assessment of commercial viability, planning prospects, programme, and risk. Grant and finance routes are planned here, so funding is built into the project from the outset.

We manage the project team to develop design options that are appropriate to their rural context, operationally functional, and financially viable. Early technical specialists are coordinated so constraints are identified and mitigated before further investment.

This is where the planning application is assembled and submitted. We coordinate all technical specialist inputs, ensuring each consultant delivers on programme and budget, while financial viability is continuously reviewed as design detail increases.

We prepare everything required by contractors, lenders, and grant bodies. Final budgets are tested through tendering and value engineering to achieve the optimal balance of cost, quality, time, and client objectives.

We manage the construction phase as your independent client-side project manager, covering cost control, programme management, change control, H&S auditing, and grant claims. We act exclusively in your interests.

We manage project close-out and handover, ensuring all statutory requirements are fully discharged. Warranties, guarantees, H&S files, and O&M information are compiled into a single clear handover pack.

Stronger Project Outcomes Through Collaboration
We work alongside rural surveyors, legal advisors, specialist planning consultants, architects, and other professionals, strengthening project outcomes through shared expertise and joined-up thinking. Furthermore, with a deep knowledge of the rural sector, diversification, construction, and the unique needs of farmers and landowners, we bring sector-specific insight that complements the skills of fellow professionals.
