Construction Project Management
We act on our client’s behalf from concept to completion to ensure projects are delivered on the required time, cost, and quality basis. Ongoing communication as project manager and client representative ensures our clients and their stakeholders are content with project progress and direction.
Our project management service is structured around the RIBA Plan of Work model, an industry-recognised guidance model for the delivery of projects. From conception to completion across land and building-based projects, we will appoint and manage a project team consisting only of tried and trusted professionals to deliver all that is involved within each work stage.
Pre-Construction – RIBA stages 1–3
At the early stages, we develop the brief into a coordinated design that meets our clients’ objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes managing the project team to deliver the preparation of planning applications, liaising with statutory authorities, and securing approvals where necessary. We also manage design development, technical drawings, and outline specifications to ensure compliance with planning conditions and anticipate building control requirements. Through these stages, consistent value engineering takes place to ensure an appropriate balance of cost against objectives. By addressing detail up front, we reduce risks, safeguard compliance, and provide a robust foundation for the build.

Construction & Implementation – RIBA Stages 4–5
We represent our clients through the procurement and construction phases, coordinating consultants and contractors to secure building control approval and ensuring all statutory requirements are met before and during works on site. Our role includes programme management, administration of contracts, and oversight of contractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. We provide proactive reporting and risk management, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. By combining strategic oversight with on-the-ground presence and problem-solving, we keep projects on time, on budget, and in line with long-term objectives.

Completion & Handover – RIBA Stages 6–7
As projects move into completion, we manage the final details to enabling our client’s to commence operations with confidence. This includes coordinating inspections, managing snagging lists, and ensuring all statutory sign-offs, such as certification of practical completion and financial close-out, ensuring warranties, health and safety files, and operation manuals are in place.
